Job Summary
To support project management efforts, the full-time Central Selling Coordinator will communicate project updates, manage project details, and ensure customer engagement throughout the sales cycle in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Virtually communicate project and product updates to customers and vendors
- Review project plans and prepare necessary documentation for project execution
- Assist in training and mentoring new employees while maintaining customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience coordinating or managing projects for consumers (2 years preferred)
- Familiarity with Installed Sales processes
- Experience in a cross-functional work environment
