Job Summary

To support project management efforts, the full-time Central Selling Coordinator will communicate project updates, manage project details, and ensure customer engagement throughout the sales cycle in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Virtually communicate project and product updates to customers and vendors
  • Review project plans and prepare necessary documentation for project execution
  • Assist in training and mentoring new employees while maintaining customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience coordinating or managing projects for consumers (2 years preferred)
  • Familiarity with Installed Sales processes
  • Experience in a cross-functional work environment
