Job Summary
Leading a blended team in a fully remote capacity, the Central Selling Supervisor will oversee customer support throughout the project lifecycle, manage team goals, and drive operational excellence while ensuring exceptional service for Pro customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Drives execution of Concierge National Account, Pre-Sale Support, and Post-Sale Operations activities to enhance the Pro customer experience
- Sets and communicates team priorities and performance expectations while overseeing workflow distribution and capacity planning
- Acts as a primary escalation point for complex customer and operational concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of leadership, coaching, or team oversight experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or service operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
