Job Summary
Leading a blended team in a fully remote capacity, the Central Selling Supervisor will manage customer support activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring exceptional service and operational performance while overseeing team goals and workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Drives execution of Concierge National Account, Pre-Sale Support, and Post-Sale Operations activities to enhance the Pro customer experience
- Sets and communicates team priorities and performance expectations, overseeing workflow distribution and capacity planning
- Acts as a primary escalation point for complex customer and operational concerns, ensuring timely resolution and process improvements
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of leadership, coaching, or team oversight experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or service operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
