Job Summary

Leading a blended team in a fully remote capacity, the Central Selling Supervisor will manage customer support activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring exceptional service and operational performance while overseeing team goals and workflows.

Key responsibilities
  • Drives execution of Concierge National Account, Pre-Sale Support, and Post-Sale Operations activities to enhance the Pro customer experience
  • Sets and communicates team priorities and performance expectations, overseeing workflow distribution and capacity planning
  • Acts as a primary escalation point for complex customer and operational concerns, ensuring timely resolution and process improvements
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of leadership, coaching, or team oversight experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or service operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
