Central Study Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central Study Coordinator - Retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retention work for assigned participants to ensure a high-quality customer experience
• Build rapport with participants in a virtual environment and prepare them for clinical studies
• Organize and share lab results, and connect participants with study sites as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 6 months of relevant clinical research experience
• Experience with patient education and retention
• Proficient in research terminology and basic medical terminology
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and/or English is a bonus
• Strong organization and time management skills
