Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central Support Coordinator to manage tasks related to the Revenue Cycle and support patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare clinical documentation to ensure compliance with billing requirements
  • Process Face-to-Face (F2F) documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate physician appointments and resolve deficiencies
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Home Health back-office operations preferred
  • Intermediate Excel Skills preferred; Basic Excel Skills required
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems efficiently and accurately
  • Experience in maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Proficient in using computers for data entry and familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
