Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central Support Operations Coordinator, National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound telephone communication and process data according to productivity and quality standards
  • Enter and verify member information in the Care Transitions platform and complete administrative documentation for member records
  • Assist in coordinating member care between health providers and the health plan while adhering to organizational policies
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of data entry experience
  • 1+ years of experience with computers in an office environment
  • Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for shift schedules
