Centralized Dispatch Manager

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of centralized dispatch, the full-time remote Centralized Dispatch Manager will establish performance metrics, improve operational efficiency, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch operations and assist in achieving efficiency goals across all business lines
• Develop and implement processes to enhance safety, efficiency, and profitability
• Conduct employee performance reviews and manage recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience
• 3 years of relevant experience in the waste, environmental services, energy, or transportation industry
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience
