Key Responsibilities

• Host thorough interviews and evaluate talent to bring top candidates into the Amazon segment
• Maintain a detailed tracker of interview data, including candidate backgrounds and evaluations
• Collaborate with field leadership and the recruiting team to customize interview processes based on market needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Extensive mechanical knowledge of light and heavy-duty vehicles, with experience as a technician or technician manager preferred
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Ability to build strong working relationships with field leadership and recruiting teams
• Experience using data to drive KPIs and improve program efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
