Centralized Leasing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting leasing performance across multiple multifamily communities, the full-time Centralized Leasing Specialist will engage with prospects through various communication channels, coordinate leasing activities, and manage application and lease processes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospects via phone, email, chat, and SMS, qualifying leads and maintaining CRM records
• Coordinate onsite and virtual tours, ensuring seamless communication with both prospects and onsite teams
• Assist with application and lease documentation, including reviewing applications for completeness and managing move-in coordination

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-4 years of experience in leasing, customer service, sales, or operations preferred
• Multifamily housing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with property management systems and leasing platforms preferred
• Proficiency in managing customer interactions through multiple communication channels
