Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Outreach Assistant to support providers and their staff in optimizing patient health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to patients via various communication methods to schedule appointments
  • Complete chart reviews to identify and address preventative care gaps
  • Provide excellent customer service and support patient engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Certificate Program in Medical, Administrative, or Business preferred
  • 1 year of customer service experience required
  • 2 years of experience in a primary care or specialty office required
  • Basic Life Support certification upon hire required; Certified Medical Assistant preferred
  • Medical terminology knowledge required upon hire
