Centralized Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduler to provide exceptional first experiences for patients in outpatient physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient office operations and timely communication with potential patients and referral sources
• Schedule procedures accurately and communicate visit expectations and necessary preparations to patients
• Assist with pre-registration and obtain necessary demographic and insurance information

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Two years of experience in the healthcare field dealing with customer service
• Experience in healthcare scheduling, customer service, or a call center environment
• Industry Specific Customer Service Certification preferred
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2 years' experience in a similar role
