Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduler for a Primary Care Practice Network.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients and clinical staff to coordinate and schedule clinical visits
• Reviews and inputs clinical orders into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) scheduling system
• Interviews patients to gather and input their history, demographics, and insurance details into the EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience and/or education/training in medical terminology
• Experience performing in a customer service role
