Centralized Scheduler

Job Summary

To support patient scheduling in a dynamic environment, the full-time Centralized Scheduler will manage radiology appointments, obtain insurance information, and handle multi-line phone communications while working remotely within the CST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule radiology appointments and manage incoming faxes and medical records
• Provide excellent customer service while answering multi-line phone calls for multiple locations
• Exercise judgment and make decisions in a fast-paced, high productivity environment

Required qualifications

• Preferred background in healthcare
• Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System is a plus
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively throughout the workday
• Strong communication skills for interaction with patients, physicians, and staff
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
