Centralized Scheduler

Job Summary

To support patient scheduling needs, the full-time Centralized Scheduler will manage Radiology appointments, handle insurance verification, answer multi-line phones, and process incoming faxes while working remotely within the CST time zone.

Key responsibilities:

• Schedule Radiology appointments and obtain necessary insurance information
• Answer multi-line phone calls for multiple locations and manage incoming faxes
• Send out medical records and maintain accurate patient information

Required qualifications:

• Preferred background in healthcare
• Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System is a plus
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
• Strong decision-making and judgment skills
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients and staff
