Job Summary

To support efficient appointment scheduling, the full-time Centralized Scheduler will manage radiology appointments, handle insurance verification, and operate a multi-line phone system while working remotely within the CST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of radiology appointments and obtain necessary insurance information
• Answer multi-line phone calls for multiple locations and handle incoming faxes
• Send out medical records and ensure smooth communication with patients and healthcare providers

Required qualifications

• Preferred background in healthcare
• Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System is advantageous
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, physicians, and staff
