Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Centralized Scheduler will manage radiology appointments, obtain insurance information, and handle multi-line phone communications for multiple locations while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate radiology appointments across various locations
• Obtain insurance information and manage incoming faxes and medical records
• Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

• Preferred background in healthcare
• Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a high productivity environment
• Strong decision-making and judgment skills
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients and staff
