Job Summary
A company is looking for a Centralized Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately create or locate patient accounts and process patient information
- Schedule appointments and procedures across multiple service lines and specialties
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one (1) year of paid customer service work experience
- Preferred experience in clerical support within a healthcare setting or call center
- Ability to use electronic medical records systems and MS Office applications
- Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
