Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately create or locate patient accounts and process patient information
  • Schedule appointments and procedures across multiple service lines and specialties
  • Handle patient inquiries and complaints while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one (1) year of paid customer service work experience
  • Preferred experience in clerical support within a healthcare setting or call center
  • Ability to use electronic medical records systems and MS Office applications
  • Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
