Job Summary

Providing telephone and digital support for patients and provider offices, the full-time Centralized Service Representative will manage appointment scheduling, patient account creation, and communication while adhering to established protocols in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Accurately create and manage patient accounts in the electronic health record system
  • Process and route a high volume of patient telephone calls while ensuring compliance with departmental protocols
  • Schedule patient appointments and procedures across multiple specialties, ensuring a positive patient experience
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one (1) year of paid customer service work experience
  • Experience in a healthcare setting or call center preferred
  • Intermediate ability in computer applications, particularly electronic medical records systems and MS Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, particularly in high-stress situations
