Job Summary

Providing telephone and digital support for patients and provider offices, the full-time Centralized Service Representative will manage appointment scheduling and patient account creation while adhering to established protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Accurately create and locate patient accounts in the electronic health record system, collecting necessary demographics and insurance information
  • Process and route a high volume of patient calls, ensuring accurate scheduling of appointments across multiple service lines and specialties
  • Communicate effectively with patients and providers, addressing concerns and coordinating schedules while maintaining a professional demeanor
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one (1) year of paid customer service work experience
  • Experience in a healthcare setting or call center is preferred
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to frequent process changes
