Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Services Engineer to manage tools and processes for delivering technological services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training on company tools and applications for staff and customers
  • Design and maintain documentation for processes and procedures related to tools and applications
  • Develop and maintain automation routines and oversee project tasks to improve customer infrastructure
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Knowledge of common Information Technology and cybersecurity concepts and practices
  • Experience with networking, web, hardware, and software technologies
  • College education in Business Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in PowerShell or other scripting languages is preferred
  • 1 year of IT Help Desk experience is required; 3 years of customer service experience is preferred
