Job Summary
A company is looking for a Centralized Services Engineer to manage tools and processes for delivering technological services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training on company tools and applications for staff and customers
- Design and maintain documentation for processes and procedures related to tools and applications
- Develop and maintain automation routines and oversee project tasks to improve customer infrastructure
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Knowledge of common Information Technology and cybersecurity concepts and practices
- Experience with networking, web, hardware, and software technologies
- College education in Business Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Experience in PowerShell or other scripting languages is preferred
- 1 year of IT Help Desk experience is required; 3 years of customer service experience is preferred
