Job Summary
Partnering with law firm owners, the full-time CEO Advisor for Law Firms will build and execute business growth strategies, improve operations, and strengthen financial performance while working remotely from specific states.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute business growth strategies for law firms
- Improve operations, systems, and accountability within client firms
- Coach law firm owners through key business decisions to enhance profitability and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Direct experience managing P&Ls ranging from $500K to $50M
- Background as a CEO, COO, President, General Manager, or similar leadership role
- Proven track record of improving cash flow and operational efficiency
- Experience in building teams and organizational structures
- History of coaching or influencing business owners or senior leaders
