CEO and Co-Founder

Job Summary

Seeking a world-class entrepreneur, the full-time CEO and Co-Founder will build and lead StealthCo, an ambient AI platform for hospital infection prevention, in a remote role while executing design partnerships, developing go-to-market strategies, and managing operational budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute design partnerships to build, deploy, and validate the MVP in pilot ICU units, converting relationships to commercial agreements
• Recruit a technical co-founder with expertise in computer vision and healthcare AI to develop the product
• Create and execute a fundraising strategy to attract venture investors and build a pipeline for Seed fundraising within 18-24 months

Required qualifications

• Direct experience founding or leading a company that utilized ambient video feeds and computer vision AI in healthcare
• Proven track record selling enterprise software or AI solutions to large health systems or academic medical centers
• Founding experience at a venture-backed company or a key commercial leadership role at an early-stage health technology company
• Technical fluency to evaluate computer vision and healthcare AI talent and engage with hospital IT and clinical informatics leadership
• Existing relationships with CNOs, Quality Officers, or Infection Prevention leadership at academic medical centers or large health systems (strong differentiator)
