Key Responsibilities

• Define and promote the vision for an autonomous mechanical engineer platform, moving beyond basic CAD tools
• Lead business development efforts to secure pilot projects and negotiate access to proprietary datasets
• Oversee product roadmap development from initial automation tools to a comprehensive agentic solution

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of leadership experience in industrial SaaS, CAD/CAM software, or AI-driven automation
• Proven track record in commercializing technical software for industrial sectors
• Deep understanding of the engineering software landscape, particularly CAD and PLM systems
• Experience in developing agentic AI workflows and monetizing data strategies
• Ability to navigate early-stage venture scaling and establish product-market fit
