CEO-in-Residence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CEO-in-Residence - Industrial Workforce Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive strategy, operations, and execution P&L, GTM, and beyond
• Recruit and lead a top-tier team across engineering, product, and sales
• Build deep partnerships with customers, particularly inside the corporate partner ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Experience founding or scaling a B2B SaaS or data platform, ideally in industrial manufacturing or heavy machinery
• Experience selling into or working with complex enterprises (OEMs, distribution, or partner networks)
• Experience building AI/ML-enabled platforms or strong capabilities in creating defensible data moats
• Proven track record of closing enterprise customers and maintaining long-term commercial relationships
• Experience leading a company through Series A+ or achieving a successful exit
