CEO-in-Residence, AI Safety

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CEO-in-Residence for a Safety Intelligence Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the business end-to-end, including P&L, strategic direction, and operational execution
• Drive product-market fit by translating customer insights into product decisions and proving value with early adopters
• Build revenue and scale by closing enterprise customers and establishing a repeatable go-to-market strategy

Required Qualifications

• Experience founding or scaling a B2B SaaS, AI, or data platform, preferably in safety, operations, or aviation
• Experience selling into or working with complex enterprises, particularly in transportation or safety-critical industries
• Proven track record of closing enterprise customers and maintaining long-term commercial relationships
• Experience leading a company through Series A+ or achieving a successful exit
• Ability to build and inspire diverse teams under pressure
