Certificate Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the team in a full-time remote capacity, the Certificate Compliance Analyst will gain proficiency in key systems, perform basic certificate of insurance reviews, report compliance to agents and clients, and ensure timely task completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute basic certificate reviews with a focus on accuracy and completeness
• Develop proficiency in systems such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, TrustLayer, and myCOI to support client review processes
• Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet departmental turnaround times and quality standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn internal systems quickly
• Preferred knowledge of General Liability, Workers Compensation, and Umbrella insurance policies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
