Job Summary

Analyzing and classifying certification applicants, the remote Analyst I, Certification will utilize open-source intelligence and proprietary tools to identify potential risks and ensure compliance within strict deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and classify certification applicants using various tools and contextual data
• Summarize findings in clear, concise reports and submit them within program standards
• Conduct online investigations of applicants' websites and monitor billing and payment statuses

Required qualifications

• Experience working with large data sets, particularly in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong ability to make sound independent decisions and use good judgment
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and tech-savvy with a growth mindset
• Well-developed English language skills for communication and reporting
