Certification & Compliance Project Specialist
Job Summary
To support federal compliance efforts, the remote Certification & Compliance Project Specialist will manage certification tasks, assist with project team coordination, and ensure alignment with CMS standards while working on a 12-month contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Support project teams through certification tasks and lead certification workstream meetings
- Update the document repository for CMS certification artifacts and co-manage the Certification Evidence Tracker
- Oversee system demonstrations and maintain awareness of CMS certification program updates
Required qualifications
- 3 years of healthcare-related knowledge, ideally in analytics or reporting
- 5 years of project management experience, including managing multiple priorities and projects
- 2 years of experience with the CMS Medicaid Enterprise Certification Life Cycle process
- 5 years of experience implementing information systems in a client-facing role
- Exceptional technical writing experience, including authoring manuals and playbooks
