Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the roadmap for professional certification experiences, enhancing user engagement and conversion
• Optimize the certification experience across enrollment, onboarding, and credentialing processes, implementing user feedback for improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and enhance platform functionality using emerging technologies

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in certification or professional learning
• Strong understanding of learning technologies and digital credentialing
• Experience collaborating with accreditation bodies and managing stakeholders
• Proven ability to drive product adoption and optimize user engagement strategies
• Experience with data analytics and user research to inform product decisions
