Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clear documentation of certification requirements and support teachers through the certification process
• Develop and implement professional development opportunities related to certification requirements
• Manage systems to track participant progress towards certification and analyze data for improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in teacher certification or related field
• Strong understanding of state and national teacher certification requirements
• Experience working with Salesforce, Experience Cloud, and Asana preferred
