Certification Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the global user certification program, the full-time remote Certification Program Manager will manage a team of Certification Specialists, oversee exam processes, and ensure the integrity and scalability of certification operations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and mentor a remote team, managing daily operations and grading audits
• Build and improve systems and workflows to enhance the certification program's efficiency and impact
• Oversee the certification pipeline, ensuring timely exam processing and adherence to testing security protocols

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 8 years of overall experience, including 5+ years in customer training or certification operations
• 2+ years of experience managing a remote team
• 1+ years of hands-on experience using HighLevel, with Certified Admin status preferred
• Familiarity with online learning management systems and proctoring software
