Job Summary
To support a growing certification initiative, the freelance Technical Certification Program Manager will manage vendor coordination, exam security, and program analytics while operating remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the program leader's operating partner, managing workstreams and vendor relationships to ensure program progress
- Serve as the operational point of contact for vendors, handling exam delivery, proctoring, and certification content management
- Lead exam security efforts, including proctoring configuration and candidate integrity monitoring, while driving certification adoption across the partner ecosystem
Required qualifications
- Experience managing or operating a technology certification program with proctored exam delivery
- Working knowledge of the credential development lifecycle and exam security policies
- Ability to analyze assessment data and interpret trends related to pass rates and security
- Experience collaborating with vendors and managing program escalations
- Proficiency in writing and operationalizing certification policies
