Job Summary
A global organization is seeking a part-time Scheduler for their Certification department, who will be responsible for scheduling audits for new and existing clients in accordance with applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule surveillance, renewal, registration, and scope extension audits with qualified auditors
- Maximize employee auditor utilization by monitoring the schedule's impact on the master schedule
- Coordinate with management, operations department and contractors to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
- Associate degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience related to Customer Service that involves project coordination, not just a basic scripted Call Center environment
- Office/administrative business experience in a related industrial or service industry
- Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Word, MS Excel (Seibel experience preferred)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a high regard for meeting deadlines
