Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certification Specialist responsible for managing teacher certifications and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of teacher certifications within the HRIS platform
• Track certification expiration dates and assist teachers with the recertification process
• Verify certification status of new hires and ensure compliance with state and local regulations

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
• 2-3 years of experience in data entry, record-keeping, or general office procedures
• Experience in customer service or support roles
• Proficiency in Google Workspace/Suite
• Familiarity with the education system is preferred
