Certification Specialist

Job Summary

To support the mission of ensuring integrity in certification processes, the full-time remote Certification Specialist will apply expert judgment in application processing, policy variances, and reporting while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process various types of certification applications and policy variances related to extenuating circumstances
• Monitor automated application processes to identify gaps for improvement
• Analyze data and generate reports that align with accreditation standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred, or 5-7 years of experience in the certification industry
• 2-3 years minimum experience in the certification industry required
• ICE Credentialing Specialist Certificate preferred or to be obtained within the first year of employment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Experience or familiarity with policies and procedures related to application and examination processes
