Certification Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certification Support Specialist on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations across multiple states
• Review and process candidate employment for internship placements and changes
• Collaborate with the Compliance Team and State Agency to maintain adherence to program requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in an educational or administrative role
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales-oriented position
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Solid analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
