Job Summary
Leading the evolution and execution of the Verified Luxury Certifications program, the full-time remote Certifications Manager will oversee the certification lifecycle, manage product roadmaps, and enhance learner experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage the strategic roadmap for the Verified Luxury Certifications portfolio, including new credential opportunities and program enhancements
- Oversee the end-to-end certification experience, ensuring quality governance, consistent learner experiences, and ongoing program optimization
- Collaborate with instructional design and technology teams to develop and maintain certification content, exams, and learner resources
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or related fields
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution
