Job Summary
Overseeing a team of Admissions Representatives, the full-time remote Certified Admissions Manager will assist with communications quality, handle escalated student issues, and analyze performance data to support strategic goals and improve enrollment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Admissions Representatives with productivity and adherence to follow-up strategies
- Coach and develop team members, ensuring quality service and effective communication
- Analyze team performance data and present summaries to department leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of higher education experience in enrollment, admissions, or student services
- Management experience preferred
- Ability to pass a consultative advising training course and earn certification
- High level of proficiency in Admissions Department systems and technology
