Certified Agentforce Salesforce Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Certified Agentforce Salesforce Consultant, the full-time remote position will design, build, and deploy Agentforce AI agents while advising clients on Salesforce solutions that deliver operational value.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy Agentforce agents using Agent Builder and configure agent actions with Flow, Apex, and REST/SOAP integrations
- Facilitate discovery sessions to identify use cases for autonomous agents and translate needs into actionable topics and user stories
- Test and evaluate agent behavior, ensuring compliance with federal governance and security standards before production release
Required qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship required with eligibility to obtain and maintain a government clearance
- 1-2 years of hands-on Agentforce experience and 4 years of Salesforce consulting or implementation experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification, plus additional Consultant-level certifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce automation, especially Flow, and familiarity with integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP)
