Certified Agile Delivery Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Agile Delivery Owner Lead to guide development teams in delivering high-value solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide development teams in delivering solutions that align with business and product goals
• Partner with the Product Owner and stakeholders to manage priorities and maintain a healthy product backlog
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement while optimizing team workflows and addressing risks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an Agile leadership role such as Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, or Project Manager
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business-related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Certification as an Advanced Scrum Master and/or Professional Scrum Master II, along with Agile Leadership Certification
