Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Ancillary Medical Coder for a remote nationwide position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assigning CPT and ICD-10 Codes for outpatient ancillary services
• Reviewing and correcting CCI Edits and Medical Necessity Edits
• Participating in coding department meetings and educational events

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Professional coder certification from AHIMA and/or AAPC
• 2+ years of Outpatient Facility coding experience
• 2+ years of previous ICD-10 experience
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with flexible weekend shifts
