Certified Anti-Fraud Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Operations Fraud Officer will complete complex tasks within the Operations Fraud team, reviewing various deposit channels for potential fraud, acting as an escalation point for fraud reviews, and identifying process improvements while training new team members.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve or decline deposit items for potential fraud across multiple channels, including mobile and ATM
• Train and assist in the development of team members while fostering collaboration with key stakeholders
• Monitor fraud detection systems and conduct root cause analysis on confirmed fraud cases to enhance detection accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Minimum of three years experience in banking, preferably in operations
• Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Certified Anti-Fraud Specialist (CAFS) required
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn various banking software programs
