Certified Appraisal Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appraisal Analyst III Certified.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze appraisals for compliance with eligibility for sale to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
• Identify and resolve salability issues with appraisal vendors
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining performance goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Certified or Certified General Appraisal License in active status
• Expertise in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines
• Working knowledge of Collateral Underwriter
• Strong organizational skills and understanding of relevant tools and resources
• Preferred experience with CMS, Empower, and One Note
