Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appraisal Analyst III Certified.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze appraisals to confirm eligibility for sale to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
• Identify salability issues and collaborate with AMC/Staff Appraiser to resolve them
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while communicating with appraisal vendors

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Certified or Certified General Appraisal License in active status
• Expertise in applying Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines
• Working knowledge of Collateral Underwriter
• Strong organizational skills and understanding of relevant tools and resources
• Preferred qualifications include experience with CMS, Empower, and One Note
