Certified AR Collection Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Practice AR Collection Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and denial management to collect outstanding payments
• Ensure compliance with payer filing deadlines and regulatory guidelines for claim billing processes
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve claims management issues using coding compliance knowledge

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (Cert, GED, Trn, Exper)
• Preferred certifications: CPC-A, CCA, CCS, CCS-P, NCIS, or other recognized coding and billing certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of physician billing, regulatory, and compliance guidelines
• Familiarity with ICD-10, HCPCS, CPT-4, and modifiers
