Job Summary

Leading the field operations of a multi-million-dollar barred owl removal and research program, the remote Lab Manager will supervise a team, perform barred owl surveys and removals, manage project logistics, and collaborate on research while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise day-to-day laboratory operations and quality control programs
• Train and manage field crews, including scheduling and risk management
• Prepare project reports and present findings to funders and stakeholders

Required qualifications
