Certified Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate customer requirements with senior management and ensure agreement on project deliverables
• Manage multiple priorities and customer expectations while coordinating with stakeholders
• Conduct meetings to solicit, analyze, and document customer requirements, obtaining signoff from stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of practical Business Analyst experience
• International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification or relevant industry experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analysis and design on software development projects
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with relevant software tools
• Strong understanding of business principles and best practices in the vacation ownership industry
