Certified Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a certified Business Analyst to support software product requirements in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements elicitation and document business and functional requirements
• Map current and future state workflows and design process enhancements
• Maintain organized requirements documentation and track changes throughout the engagement

Required Qualifications

• Active Business Analysis certification (e.g., IIBA ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA)
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or technology environments
• Experience with complex, multi-portal or multi-system ecosystems
• Strong skills in writing structured requirements documentation and creating user stories
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
