Certified Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design for CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements related to CRM capabilities from various stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for CRM solutions
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories and process flows

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 5 years focused on CRM implementations
• Business Analyst certification is required
• Proficiency with core CRM products and experience with automation tools
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with Jira or similar tools
