Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Navigator - Billing Certified & Coding Certification Required (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and vet medical claims from healthcare providers or patients against program-specific business rules to determine payment eligibility
• Provide support for customer requests via various communication methods
• Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions to management as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in claim processing is required
• Active Medical Billing Certification with up-to-date CEUs or willingness to obtain certification
• Active Medical Coding Certification with up-to-date CEUs or willingness to obtain certification
• Medical Billing experience required; infusion or hospital billing experience preferred
